- Joshua Triplett, 36, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of careless driving, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, operating a vehicle with an expired operator’s license, and on a probation violation for a felony offense, arrested and booked September 4.
- Christopher Miracle, 37, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on three counts of non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked September 4.
- Kelly Highfield, 48, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of no registration receipt, no registration plates, failure to wear seat belts, failure to produce insurance card, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, and no brake lights, arrested and booked September 4.
- Jeffrey Lewis, 44, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked September 4.
- Stephanie Binion, 46, of Grahn, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) second offense, public intoxication on a controlled substance (excludes alcohol), possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to appear, arrested and booked September 4.
- Bryan Peterman, 44, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Detention Center, for failure to appear, arrested and booked September 5.
- Gregory Rivers, 43, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Circuit Court, on a charge of contempt of court – libel/slander – resistance to order, arrested and booked September 5.
- Kevin Watson, 46, of Olive Hill, arrested by Rowan County, on charges of no registration plates, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, and first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two or more grams of methamphetamine) first offense, arrested and booked September 5.

- Philip Lowe, 34,, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, on a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of controlled substance (with aggravating circumstances), arrested and booked September 5.
- Erica Jackson, 40, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked September 6.
- Gene Dowdy, 36, of Ashland, arrested by Boyd County Jail, on two counts of failure to appear, arrested August 21, booked September 7.
- Anthony Lawson, 51, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on two counts of non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked September 7.
- Brenda Prichard, 41, of Grayson, self-surrender, for drug court, arrested and booked September 7.
- Roy Bush, 48, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on a probation violation for a felony offense, and on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, failure to maintain required insurance, and leaving the scene of an accident – failure to render aid or assistance, arrested and booked September 8.
