The City of Grayson Planning and Zoning Board of Adjustments will hold a public hearing concerning an Application for a Zoning Variance.
The applicant wishes to install a wall sign on a new structure located at 645 Interstate Drive that exceeds the dimensional size allowed. Interested property owners near the property in question are hereby given notice that public comments will be taken at the hearing related to this application before a decision to deny or approve the variance is made.
The hearing will be held at the Grayson Municipal Building located at 302 E. Main Street in Grayson on Tuesday, May 4, 2021 beginning at 6:00pm EDT.
