Bernard Wayne Kouns, 70, of Grayson went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ Monday June 1, 2020 at the Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland. Bernard was born June 28, 1949 in Hitchins, KY a son of the late Gaylord and Bertha Kretzer Kouns.
Bernard is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Teresa Ramey Kouns, his two sons, Bradley Wayne Kouns of Ashland, and Aaron (Maria) Kouns of New Albany, Indiana; two sisters, Gaynell McCarty, and Sharon Kouns; a brother, David (Marilyn) Kouns all of Grayson.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Friday June 5, 2020 at the Malone Funeral Home in Grayson with Barrett Bush and Tim Prichard officiating. Burial will follow in the East Carter County Memory Gardens. Visitation will be 6 – 9 p.m. Thursday and after 9 a.m. Friday until the funeral service. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, seating and visitation capacity is limited.
