Mrs. Frances Caldwell Barker, age 71, of Olive Hill, Kentucky, passed away Friday, April 14, 2023 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.
She was born Tuesday, February 5, 1952 in Ashland, Kentucky to Frances Hammonds Caldwell of Olive Hill, Kentucky and the late Sebron Paul Caldwell.
She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Ladder Day Saints in Olive Hill, Kentucky.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her sister, Wanda Hunt.
Frances is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Earnest Elwood Barker; three sons, Earnest Lee Barker of Ashland, Kentucky, Eric Elwood Barker of Olive Hill, Kentucky, Gregory Dale Barker of Fallsburg, Kentucky; two daughters, Pamela Renee Barker of Grayson, Kentucky, Tiffany Ann Burriss of Tollesboro, Kentucky; sixteen grandchildren; six great grandchildren; one sister, Rita Vangor of Olive Hill, Kentucky, along with many other family and friends who will sadly miss her.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m., Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at Globe Funeral Chapel, 17277 West US Hwy 60, Olive Hill, Kentucky with Brother Larry Roberts officiating. Burial will follow in the Barker Caldwell Cemetery in Olive Hill, Kentucky.
Friends may visit from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Monday, April 17, 2023, and after 9 a.m., Tuesday, April 18, 2023 until the service hour at Globe Funeral Chapel.
