Mrs. Irma Jean “Jeannie” Wilson, age 55, of Morehead, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at her residence.
She was born Sunday, August 7, 1966 to Ernest and Vernia Lee Jessie Wilson.
Mrs. Wilson attended the Dry Branch Church of God. She enjoyed playing checkers, coloring, watching TV and spending time with her nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her sister Malinda Wilson.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Wilson is survived by three brothers Eldon (Liz) Wilson, Danny (Dusty) Wilson and Paul Wilson all of Olive Hill, Kentucky. Two sisters, Nora Warren of Warsaw, Indiana and Donna (Gene) Zeigler of Morehead, Kentucky. Her nieces and nephews Terrance Warren, Stacy Wilson, Amber Webb, Eric Zeigler, Destiny Hope Adkins, DJ Wilson and a host of uncles, aunts and cousins who will sadly mourn her passing.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m., Friday, November 5, 2021 at the Globe Funeral Chapel, 17277 US HWY 60 West, Olive Hill, Kentucky with Brother Gayle Price and Brother Tippy Price officiating. Burial will follow in the Wilson Cemetery.
Friends may visit Thursday, November 4, 2021 between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.
Pallbearers will be David Burton, Carlos Burton, Jr., Mark Burton, Garrett Webb, Eric Zeigler and Ted Wilson.
