Mrs. Joyce Eloise Pack Young, age 72, of Webbville, Kentucky, passed away Monday, May 23, 2022 at King’s Daughter Medical Center in Ashland, Kentucky.
She was born Monday, August 16, 1949, in Holden, West Virgina to the late Russell Pack and Anna Maggard Pack.
Joyce was of the Baptist Faith. She loved her family dearly and enjoyed spending time with them and spending time with her friends. She enjoyed cooking, and baking for others, making memorial flower arrangements, and working in her flower gardens.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two sons, Timothy Young and Jason Paul Young; one granddaughter, Ashley Wilks; one brother, James Pack; five sisters, Alma Moore, Barbara Ethridge, Velma Robinette, Zola Young, and Judy Chaney.
Joyce is survived by her loving husband of 51 years, Paul Ralph Young; two daughters, Karen (William) Fraley and Mellony Gallagher both of Webbville, Kentucky; five grandchildren, Jeremy (Elizabeth) Wilks, Christopher (Shalyn) Young, Andrew (Kendra) Fultz, Brenton Young, Hayleigh Young; four great grandchildren; one sister, Jessie Ogier of Jackson, Ohio; her best friend, Janet Sullivan.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Friday, May 27, 2022, at Webb Chapel Church with Brother James Allen Adams officiating. Burial will follow in the Diamond Ridge Family Cemetery in Lawerence County, Kentucky.
Friends may visit after 12 noon until the service hour, Friday, May 27, 2022, at Webb Chapel Church in Lawrence County, Kentucky.
