- Elizabeth Carter, 44, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of improper equipment, failure to produce an insurance card, failure to maintain required insurance, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a substance, and on a warrant for being a fugitive from another state, arrested and booked June 24.
- Collin Wright, 24, of Huntington, WV, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of fourth degree assault (with minor injury), arrested and booked June 24.
- Jacquline McClurg, 41, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of violating a Kentucky Emergency Protection Order/Domestic Violence Order, arrested June 24, booked June 25.

- Willetta Lewis, 61, of Olive Hill, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of failure to produce an insurance card, and first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two or more grams of methamphetamine), arrested and booked June 25.
- Travis Blamer, 47, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two or more grams of methamphetamine), possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, third degree assault on a law enforcement officer, tampering with physical evidence, first degree wanton endangerment, and on a warrant for being a fugitive from another state, arrested and booked June 26.
- Steven Binion, 28, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, tampering with physical evidence, public intoxication on a controlled substance (excludes alcohol), theft by failure to make required disposition of property, and being a persistent felony offender, arrested and booked June 26.
- Shawn King, 40, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of reckless driving, no registration receipt, failure to maintain required insurance, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, and operating a motor vehicle on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, arrested and booked June 26.
- Michael Bryant, 51, of Paris, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of speeding 17 MPH over limit, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a substance, no registration receipt, failure to produce an insurance card, license not in possession, possession of marijuana, and failure to wear seat belts, arrested and booked June 26.
- Anita Rutter, 43, of Ashland, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of third degree burglary, second degree fleeing or evading police (on foot), failure to appear, and second degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, arrested and booked June 26.
- Shannon Preston, 47, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Detention Center, on a hold for drug court, arrested and booked June 27.
- Stephanie Jordan, 38, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of driving on a DUI suspended license, and failure to maintain required insurance, arrested and booked June 27.

- Jeffrey Blankenship, 45, of Morehead, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, failure to dim headlights, failure to produce an insurance card, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, and second degree wanton endangerment, arrested and booked June 30.
