- Travis Adkins, 28, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked July 22.
- Donald Waddle, 45, of Kitts Hill, OH, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for failure to appear, arrested and booked July 22.
- Rose Allan, 55, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of falsely reporting an incident to law enforcement, arrested and booked July 22.
- Krista Porter, 34, of Sandy Hook, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two or more grams of methamphetamine), failure to appear, and a probation violation (for a felony offense), arrested July 22, booked July 23.
- Leonard Danner, 52, of Ashland, arrested by Boyd County Jail, for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested July 23, booked July 24.
- Leroy Gilliam, 52, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, failure to or improper signal, no registration receipt, failure to wear seat belts, and failure to produce insurance card, arrested and booked July 24.
- Kaitlynn Williams, 22, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of third degree criminal trespassing, and resisting arrest, arrested and booked July 25.
- Ricky Rose, 48, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of alcohol intoxication in a public place, and criminal littering, arrested and booked July 25.
- Angela Baldwin, 51, of Ashland, arrested by Kentucky State Police, for failure to appear, arrested and booked July 26.
- Larry Gannon, 58, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on two counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked July 26.
- Randall Colley, 44, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of no registration receipt, failure to produce an insurance card, driving on a DUI suspended license, reckless driving, possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to wear seat belts, arrested and booked July 26.
- Joseph Salyers, 38, of Fultz, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for failure to appear, arrested and booked July 27.
- Christopher Burnett, 49, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of fourth degree assault (dating violence) with minor injury, arrested and booked July 27.
- Allen Holbrook, 38, of Peebles, OH, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of third degree burglary, and falsely reporting an incident to law enforcement, arrested and booked July 28.
- Crystal Reeves, 40, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for failure to appear, arrested and booked July 28.
