- Melisia Stewart, 54, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia, arrested and booked September 26.
- Christy Falkner, 40, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of alcohol intoxication in a public place, first degree criminal mischief, and contempt of court – libel/slander – resistance to order, arrested and booked September 27.
- Jason Psimer, 46, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, on charges of cultivating marijuana (five plants or more), and first degree hindering of prosecution or apprehension, arrested and booked September 27.
- Wendy Jackson, 34, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, for failure to appear, arrested and booked September 28.
- Kennth Mills, 32, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on a charge of second degree criminal abuse of a child aged 12 or younger, arrested and booked September 28.
- Chase Burchett, 23, of Olive Hill, self-surrender, weekender, arrested and booked September 29.
- Ronnie Henderson, 48, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked September 29.
- Skyler Conley, 29, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked September 29.
- Jason Warren, 44, address unknown, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on a charge of operating a motor vehicle on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, arrested and booked September 30.
- Zachary Carper, 42, address unknown, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of public intoxication on a controlled substance (excludes alcohol), and resisting arrest, arrested and booked September 30.
- Bryan Johnson, 35, of Morehead, arrested by Kentucky State Police, serving a warrant for parole violation, and on a charge of theft of identity, and two counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked September 30.
- Frank Seagraves, 45, of Rush, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence (with aggravating circumstances), first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two or more grams of methamphetamine), failure to wear seat belts, no registration plates, no registration receipt, improper registration plate, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, failure to produce insurance card, and possession of drug paraphernalia, arrested and booked September 30.
- Drew Rayburn, 29, of Olive Hill, self-surrender, weekender, arrested and booked September 30.
- Jonathan Fuhr, 43, of Webbville, arrested by Kentucky State Police, for failure to appear, arrested and booked October 1.
- Steven Keeton, 62, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on a charge of alcohol intoxication in a public place, arrested and booked October 1.
