- Cody Shropshire, 29, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked December 11.
- Jeffrey Jones, 40, of Denton, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, serving a warrant for a parole violation, arrested and booked December 11.
- Christopher Wolf, 26, of Vanceburg, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for failure to appear, arrested and booked December 11.
- Caitlin Fraley, 35, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of improper equipment, driving on a DUI suspended license, failure to maintain required insurance, no registration receipt, no registration plates, and four counts of contempt of court – libel/slander – resistance to order, arrested and booked December 11.
- Angela Scanlon, 47, of Grayson, arrested by Boyd County Jail, on three counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked December 12.
- David Jordan, 50, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of distribution of matter portraying sexual performance by a minor, and distribution of matter portraying sexual performance by a minor under the age of 12, arrested and booked December 12.
- Amanda Kimmel, 35, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Detention Center, on a hold for drug court, arrested and booked December 12.
- Michael Porter, 40, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of theft by deception – including cold checks $1,000 < $10,000, second degree forgery, and second degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, arrested and booked December 13.
- Roy Carter, 60, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a substance, possession of marijuana, disregarding a stop sign, operating a motor vehicle on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, and possession of drug paraphernalia, arrested and booked December 14.
- Jarrod Kelly, 40, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Detention Center, charges unavailable, arrested and booked December 14.
- Crystal Clay, 31, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, for failure to appear on a citation for a misdemeanor, arrested and booked December 14.
- Timothy Howard, 62, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of first degree assault – domestic violence, arrested and booked December 15.
- Paul Hensley, 40, of Morehead, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, third degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), possession of drug paraphernalia, and attempted murder, arrested and booked December 17.
- Caleb McGlone, 33, of Grayson, self-surrender, weekender, arrested and booked December 18.
- Dale Kitchen, 67, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of careless driving, first degree fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle), and driving on a DUI suspended license, arrested and booked December 18.
- Dontez Edwards, 34, address unavailable, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for failure to appear, arrested and booked December 18.
