Colby Rice, of Olive Hill, will compete in the 2024 Miss Kentucky Competition June 12-15 at the SKyPac in Bowling Green.
Colby is the 23-year-old daughter of Frankie Rice and Lori Lewis. She is currently working towards a Bachelors degree in Communications.
For the talent portion of the competition, Colby will show off her years in the western industry with her roping skills.
She holds the Shriners Children’s Hospitals in the highest esteem after her own experience as a patient with them, her social impact initiative “Walking Together in Hope,” promotes the Shriners organization for the incredible work they do for children and their families.
