Sheriff arrests three on fentanyl charges

Grayson – On Tuesday, November 25, three individuals were arrested in Carter County as the result of an ongoing narcotics investigation led by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office. During the investigation, a trafficking quantity of fentanyl was seized. In addition, there was also a quantity of methamphetamine as well as stolen property recovered by the deputies. Multiple outstanding arrest warrants were served.

Brandon Walker, 28, of Olive Hill was arrested and lodged in the Carter County Detention
Center on pending charges of:
∙KRS 218A.1412: Trafficking in Controlled Substance in First Degree (Carfentanil or
Fentanyl Derivatives)
∙KRS 218A.1415: Poss. Cont. Sub. – 1st Degree-1st Offense (Methamphetamine)
∙KRS 514.110: Receiving Stolen Property – $500<$10,000

Anthony McQuaid, 33, of Olive Hill was arrested and lodged in the Carter County Detention
Center on pending charges of:
∙KRS 520.105: Fleeing Or Evading Police, 3rd Degree

Layken Bradley, 31, of Olive Hill was arrested and lodged in the Carter County Detention Center on pending charges of:
∙KRS 218A.1412: Trafficking in Controlled Substance in First Degree (Carfentanil or Fentanyl Derivatives)
∙KRS 514.110: Receiving Stolen Property – $500<$10,000
