Wayne David Kiser, age 88, of Olive Hill, Kentucky, passed away Monday, July 1, 2024, at Carter County Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Grayson, Kentucky.
He was born Wednesday, June 17, 1936, in Carter County, Kentucky, to the late Harvey and Anna Fultz Kiser.
Wayne enjoyed traveling, fishing and spending time with his family.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, John Wayne Kiser; two brothers, Harvey Allen Kiser Jr. and Titus Kiser; two sisters and their husbands, Charlotte (Jack) Rodgers; Wilma (William) Hall.
Wayne is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Margaret Everman Kiser; two sons, David (Lisa) Kiser, Kevin (Brenda) Kiser all of Olive Hill, Kentucky; one daughter, Tina (Mark) Smith of Whitehouse, Tennessee; 7 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; one brother Phillip “Guy” (Connie) Kiser of Olive Hill, Kentucky; one sister, Gloria Bevilacqua of Olive Hill, Kentucky; one brother-in-law, Jeff Everman; three sisters-in-law, Jenny Lou Kiser, Hope Kiser, Debbie Rice, all of Olive Hill, Kentucky, along with many other family and friends who will sadly miss him.
Funeral services will be held 3 p.m., Wednesday, July 3, 2024, at Globe Funeral Chapel, 17277 West US Hwy 60, Olive Hill, Kentucky, with Brother David Kiser and Brother Ron Arnett officiating. Burial will follow in A.B. Kiser Cemetery, in Carter County, Kentucky.
Friends may visit after 1 p.m., Wednesday, July 3, 2024, until the service hour at Globe Funeral Chapel.
Mark Smith, Mark Tackett, Michael Patterson, Jamie Kiser, Joey Kiser and Cody Kiser, will serve as pallbearers.
