ASHLAND. – Ashland Community and Technical College (ACTC) will be hosting an Open House on Friday, April 23.
The event, which will be held outdoors, will be at the College Drive Campus from 12:30 p.m. until 3:30 p.m.
The Open House will be an opportunity for prospective students to learn more about ACTC and ask questions about admissions, financial aid, and talk to current students and program coordinators.
“We are looking forward to having prospective students visit our campus, learn about our programs and discover the next steps in enrolling as a student at ACTC,” said Steve Woodburn, Chief Student Affairs Officer. “By doing this outside, it will be a unique and safe experience.”
High school students and their parents, recent high school graduates and adults considering college for advancement are invited to come and learn about dozens of programs to help them prepare for high skill careers or for university transfer as a junior.
Registration for fall is ongoing, and the open house will help prospective students learn how to get enrolled. ACTC offers full semester, twelve-week and eight-week classes this fall. Aug. 2 is the application deadline, and classes start Aug. 16. Class schedules and admission forms are online at ashland.kctcs.edu.
College Drive Campus is located at 1400 College Drive Ashland, KY 41101.
