The following individuals were arrested and booked into the Carter County Detention Center over the past week. This list includes local arrests only. It does not include federal inmates being housed at or transported through the detention center.

  • Charles Burnett, 27, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of first degree fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle), second degree fleeing or evading police (on foot), inadequate silencer/muffler, first degree wanton endangerment – police officer, and reckless driving, arrested and booked October 21.
  • Tiffany Belcher, 44, of McDowell, arrested by Kentucky State Police, for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked October 21.
  • Richard Nichols, 64, of Clay, WV, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of careless driving, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, operating a motor vehicle with an expired operator’s license, first degree possession of a controlled substance (heroin), first degree possession of controlled substance (LSD), possession of marijuana, second degree possession of a controlled substance (hallucinogen), and possession of drug paraphernalia, arrested and booked October 21.
  • Andrew Bricault, 39, of Morehead, arrested by Grayson PD, for failure to appear, and non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked October 22.
  • Danny Robinson, 34, of Detroit, MI, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of first degree robbery, arrested and booked October 22.
  • Casey Reed, 43, of London, arrested by Grayson PD, on two counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked October 23.
  • James Rucker, 62, of Olive Hill, arrested by Department of Corrections, on a probation violation (for a technical violation), arrested and booked October 23.
  • Cyndi Clark, 38, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of fourth degree assault (domestic violence) with minor injury, arrested and booked October 23.
  • Drew Johnston, 29, of Ashland, arrested by Grayson PD, for failure to appear, arrested and booked October 23.
  • Kathy Traylor, 27, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, on a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, arrested and booked October 23. Ā

  • Justin Peel, 38, of Nicholasville, arrested by Olive Hill PD, serving a warrant for a parole violation, arrested and booked October 24.
  • Bobby Logan, 47, of Rocky Hill, arrested by Carter County Detention Center, charges unavailable, arrested and booked October 24.
  • Travis Jefferson, 37, of Lexington, arrested by Carter County Detention Center, on a probation violation (for a felony offense), arrested and booked October 24.
  • Roger Decoteau, 23, of Radcliff, arrested by Carter County Detention Center, charges unavailable, arrested and booked October 24.
  • Zachary Blevins, 24, of Vine Grove, arrested by Carter County Detention Center, on a probation violation (for a felony offense), arrested and booked October 24.
  • Destiny Buchanan, 29, of Henderson, arrested by Olive Hill PD, on charges of contempt of court – libel/slander – resistance to order, and two counts of non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked October 24.
  • Timothy Hammons, 41, of Grayson, self-surrender, weekender, arrested and booked October 24.
  • William Yeager, 65, of Olive Hill, self-surrender, weekender, arrested and booked October 24.
  • Kaitlynn Williams, 27, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, on two counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked October 25.
  • Adam Gollihue, 48, of Ashland, arrested by Boyd County Jail, for failure to appear, arrested and booked October 26.
  • Phillip Zornes, 35, address unavailable, arrested by Olive Hill PD, for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked October 26.
