- Charles Burnett, 27, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of first degree fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle), second degree fleeing or evading police (on foot), inadequate silencer/muffler, first degree wanton endangerment – police officer, and reckless driving, arrested and booked October 21.
- Tiffany Belcher, 44, of McDowell, arrested by Kentucky State Police, for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked October 21.
- Richard Nichols, 64, of Clay, WV, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of careless driving, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, operating a motor vehicle with an expired operator’s license, first degree possession of a controlled substance (heroin), first degree possession of controlled substance (LSD), possession of marijuana, second degree possession of a controlled substance (hallucinogen), and possession of drug paraphernalia, arrested and booked October 21.
