- Gregory Payne, 23, of Catlettsburg, arrested by Carter County Detention Center, on a hold for court, arrested and booked December 2.
- Richard Carver, 35, of Vanceburg, arrested by Olive Hill PD, for failure to appear, and two counts of non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked December 2.
