- Shane Baier, 38, of Olive Hill, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of public intoxication on a controlled substance (excludes alcohol), arrested and booked December 10.
- Alesia Moore, 62, of Grayson, arresting agency unavailable, for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked December 10.
- Dalton Spurlock, 29, address unavailable, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a hold for court, arrested and booked December 10.
- Cloyd Rodkey, 54, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on a charge of harassment (no physical contact), arrested and booked December 10.

- Cameron Maxi, 25, of Sandy Hook, self-surrender, weekender, arrested and booked December 12.
- William Hall, 40, address unavailable, arrested by Carter County District Court, weekender, arrested and booked December 13.
- Anthony Light, 53, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Detention Center, for drug court, arrested and booked December 13.
- Ashley Greer, 27, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of fourth degree assault – dating violence (no visible injury), and second degree disorderly conduct, arrested and booked December 13.
- Jeremy Mongiovi, 34, of Depew, NY, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, and failure to produce an insurance card, arrested and booked December 14.
- Crystal Elliott, 44, of Garrison, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on three counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked December 15.
