- Thomas Blevins, 19, address unknown, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of failure to wear seat belts, license not in possession, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a substance, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia, arrested and booked April 3.
- Justin Parker, 40, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on three counts of failure to appear, arrested March 26, booked April 3.
- William Elliott, 47, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for failure to appear, arrested and booked April 4.
- Brandon Evans, 42, address unknown, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of improper passing, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle, and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, arrested and booked April 4.
- Tiffani McGuire, 33, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, on a charge of endangering the welfare of a child, arrested and booked April 5.
- Nathan Carver, 32, of Vanceburg, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of first degree criminal mischief, driving on a DUI suspended license, and third degree criminal trespassing, arrested and booked April 5.
- Cody Hayes, 31, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on two counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked April 5.
- Stephanie Porter, 36, of Sandy Hook, arrested by Elliott County Sheriff, for failure to appear, arrested and booked April 5.

- Preston Ledbetter, 34, address unknown, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of fourth degree assault (domestic violence) with no visible injury, arrested and booked April 5.
- Jessica Vinson, 46, of Ashland, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, failure to maintain required insurance – second offense, no registration receipt, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol – second offense, and no operator’s license, arrested April 5, booked April 6.
- Andrew Watson, 35, of Walkersville, WV, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on a warrant for being a fugitive from another state, arrested and booked April 6.
- Danielle Teter, 26, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on a warrant for being a fugitive from another state, arrested and booked April 6.
