- Benjamin Stone, 38, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Circuit Court, on a hold for Drug Court, arrested and booked April 19.
- Steven Medaris, 37, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for failure to appear on a citation for a misdemeanor, arrested and booked April 19.
- David McCanna, 56, of Sigel, PA, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of improper display of registration plates, improper registration plate, no or expired registration plates, no or expired registration receipt, failure to maintain required insurance, operating a motor vehicle on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a substance, arrested and booked April 19.
- Scotty Justice, 33, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of public intoxication on a controlled substance, arrested and booked April 20.
- Jeremy Stewart, 51, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on four counts of failure to appear on a citation for a misdemeanor, arrested and booked April 20.
- Bradley Wagoner, 43, of Denton, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a substance, failure to notify DOT of address change, and failure to wear seat belts, arrested and booked April 21.
- Aaron Dickerson, Jr., 33, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of second degree assault, and first degree burglary, arrested and booked April 22.
- David McCanna, 56, of Sigel, PA, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked April 22.
- Eric Hannah, 27, of Hitchins, arrested by Kentucky State Police, for failure to appear on a citation for a misdemeanor, arrested and booked April 22.
- Clyde Logan, 57, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, as a fugitive – warrant not required, arrested and booked April 22.
- Braxton Arnold, 21, of Byhalia, MS, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a substance, arrested and booked April 23.
- Payshenza Cline, 19, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of fourth degree assault (dating violence) with minor injury, arrested and booked April 23.
- Corey Carver, 28, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of fourth degree assault (dating violence) with minor injury, arrested and booked April 23.
- Leshiara Powell, 34, of Evarts, arrested by Kentucky Department of Corrections, on a probation violation for a technical violation, arrested and booked April 23.
- James Minix, 61, of Olive Hill, self-surrender, to Carter County District Court, charges unavailable, arrested and booked April 24.
- Donnie Spence, 47, of Quincy, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on a warrant as a fugitive from another state, a charge of failure to comply with sex offender registration, and three counts of failure to appear on a citation for a misdemeanor, arrested and booked April 25.
- Ronald Bland, 36, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, on two counts of failure to appear on a citation for a misdemeanor, arrested and booked April 25.
