- Stephanie Binion, 48, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, operating a motor vehicle on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, failure to surrender a revoked operator’s license, possessing a license when privileges are revoked, and no or expired registration receipt, arrested and booked June 2.
