- Austin Salyers, 30, of Webbville, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on two counts of failure to appear on a citation for a misdemeanor, arrested and booked May 25.
- April Lyons, 47, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, on a charge of contempt of court, and for failure to appear on a citation for a misdemeanor, arrested and booked May 26.
- William Branham, 25, of Morehead, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of second degree assault – domestic violence, arrested and booked May 26.
- Triston Runyan, 20, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of first degree fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle), first degree fleeing or evading police (on foot), reckless driving, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a substance, resisting arrest, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, no or expired registration receipt, no or expired registration plates, failure to wear seat belts, improper signal, failure to register transfer of a motor vehicle, all-terrain vehicle violations, second degree wanton endangerment – police officer, first degree criminal mischief, and two counts of failure to appear on a citation for a misdemeanor, arrested and booked May 26.

- Russell Brown, 29, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, and failure to appear on a citation for a misdemeanor, arrested and booked May 28.
- Mason Blevins, 22, of Franklin, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, arrested and booked May 29.
- Tyler Leadingham, 28, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for nonpayment of court costs, fees, or fines, and two counts of failure to appear on a citation for a misdemeanor, arrested and booked May 29.
- Alley Lyons, 27, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, serving a warrant for a probation or parole violation, arrested and booked May 29.
- Shawn King, 42, of Morehead, arrested by Rowan County Detention Center, on charges of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), third degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana, arrested and booked May 29.
- David Harlow, 48, of Grayson, self-surrender, weekender, arrested and booked May 29.

- Linda Carroll, 52, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), and possession of drug paraphernalia, arrested and booked May 30.
