- Jared Binion, 41, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Jail, held for pre-trial on a charge of murder, arrested March 24, booked May 29.
- Jesse Cox, 34, of Gurley, AL, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, arrested and booked May 29.
- Anthony Garvin, 33, of London, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges including three counts of trafficking in a controlled substance (heroin), and a single count each of trafficking in marijuana (less than 8 oz.), and theft of identity of another, arrested March 14, booked May 29.
- George Caldwell, 49, of Webbville, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of no registration receipt, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a substance, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, and other traffic offenses not listed, arrested and booked May 29.
- Deidra Hall, 41, address unavailable, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), first degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), and illegal possession of a legend drug, arrested and booked May 29.
- David Maynard, 34, address unavailable, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on two counts of theft by deception – including cold check under $500, arrested and booked May 29.
- Braden Fuller, 22, address unavailable, arrested by Kentucky State Police, for failure to appear, arrested and booked May 29.
- John Clevenger, 46, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky Department of Corrections, on a parole violation, for a technical violation, arrested and booked May 30.
- Engil Duncan, 69, address unavailable, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of inadequate silencer (muffler), failure to wear seat belts, no tail lamps, and improper equipment, arrested and booked May 30.
- Eric Hall, 36, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, on charges of trafficking in a controlled substance (cartentanil or fentanyl derivatives), first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (less than two grams of methamphetamine), and non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked May 30.
- James Clark, 40, of Ashland, self-surrender, weekender, arrested and booked May 31.
- Brittany Merrill, 34, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, for failure to appear, arrested and booked June 1.
