- Eric Hanna, 33, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of public intoxication on a controlled substance (excludes alcohol), arrested and booked July 1.
- William Logan, 60, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on a charge of third degree terroristic threatening, arrested and booked July 1.
- Samantha Bond, 29, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of driving on a DUI suspended license, endangering the welfare of a minor, and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a substance, arrested and booked July 1.
- David Richards, 62, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of failure to register the transfer of a motor vehicle, one headlight, failure to wear seat belts, no registration receipt, failure to produce insurance card, first degree possession of a controlled substance (hydrocodone), possession of drug paraphernalia, first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), failure to appear, and first degree criminal trespass, arrested and booked July 2.
- Jeffrey Jones, 40, of Denton, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two or more grams of methamphetamine), and trafficking in a controlled substance (heroin), arrested and booked July 2.
- Barren Barker, 30, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a substance, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two or more grams of methamphetamine), trafficking in a controlled substance (heroin), and first degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), arrested and booked July 2.
- Christopher Dickerson, 34, of Olive Hill, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of speeding 20 MPH over limit, and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, arrested and booked July 2.
- James Wolfe, 39, of Clearfield, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two or more grams of methamphetamine), and engaging in organized crime, arrested June 25, and booked July 3.
- Ashley King, 37, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of first degree criminal trespass, arrested and booked July 3.
- Timothy Hanna, 57, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of speeding 15 MPH over limit, first degree fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle), first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), disregarding a stop sign, no registration receipt, no registration plates, failure to maintain required insurance, failure to register transfer of a motor vehicle, improper display of registration plates, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, and failure to or improper signal, arrested and booked July 3.

- Scott Reifsnyder, 42, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of driving on a DUI suspended license, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a substance, no registration receipt, failure to produce an insurance card, failure to maintain required insurance, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, failure to wear seat belts, and failure to notify department of transportation of an address change, arrested and booked July 5.

- Timothy Lawhorn, 42, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of public intoxication on a controlled substance (excludes alcohol), arrested and booked July 6.
- Donald Holcomb, 44, of Vinton, Ohio, arrested by Department of Fish and Wildlife, on charges of operating a watercraft while intoxicated or under the influence, and riding on the bow while a motorboat is underway, arrested and booked July 6.
