Weekly Arrests: 7/17/24

The following individuals were arrested and booked into the Carter County Detention Center over the past week. This list includes local arrests only. It does not include federal inmates being housed at or transported through the detention center. 

  • Tommy Duncan, 43, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for failure to appear, arrested and booked July 8.
  • Blake Fultz, 35, of Morehead, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on two counts of failure to appear, arrested July 4, booked July 8.
  • Wilma Cordle, 51, of Blaine, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, failure to wear seat belts, obstructed vision and/or windshield, and careless driving, arrested and booked July 8.
  • Anthony McQuaid, 31, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for failure to appear, arrested and booked July 8.
  • Danny Lee Adkins, 67, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for failure to appear, arrested and booked July 9.
  • Leroy Gilliam, 52, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of obstructed vision or windshield, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a substance, reckless driving, and failure to produce an insurance card, arrested and booked July 9.
  • Shawn King, 40, of Flatwoods, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked July 9.
  • James Prichard, 49, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of failure to wear seat belts, careless driving, failure to produce an insurance card, no registration receipt, and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, arrested and booked July 10.Ā 
  • Royal Vance, 47, of Homosassa, FL, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on a warrant as a fugitive from another state, arrested and booked July 10.Ā 
  • Jerry DeHart, 48, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on a charge of first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two or more grams of methamphetamine) second or greater offense, arrested and booked July 10.
  • Thomas Shoemaker, 59, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, possession of marijuana, first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) second offense, driving on a DUI suspended license (with aggravating circumstances), failure to maintain required insurance, failure to register transfer of a motor vehicle, and possession of drug paraphernalia, arrested and booked July 10.Ā 
  • Eddie Barker, 61, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on a charge of first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two or more grams of methamphetamine), arrested and booked July 10.
  • Glen Russell Jr., 37, of Hitchins, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on a charge of first degree possession of a controlled substance (heroin), arrested and booked July 10.
  • Anna Stamper, 39, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of first degree possession of a controlled substance (heroin), third degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), and failure to appear, arrested and booked July 10.
  • Amanda Kimmel, 35, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a hold for drug court, arrested and booked July 10.Ā 
  • Jeffrey Littleton, 44, of Sandy Hook, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a substance, no registration receipt, failure to produce an insurance card, careless driving, possession of marijuana, and failure to wear seat belts, arrested and booked July 10.
  • Brayden Seagraves, 20, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, failure to maintain required insurance, failure to produce an insurance card, failure to wear seat belts, and possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, arrested and booked July 11.
  • Christopher Mays, 19, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, no registration receipt, no registration plates, failure to produce an insurance card, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to wear seat belts, arrested and booked July 11.
  • Mark Jackson, 31, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on two counts of non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked July 11.Ā 
  • Steven Worthen, 51, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked July 12.
  • Michael Ann Porter, 41, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked July 12.Ā 
  • Jackson Quate, 19, of Huntington, WV, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of failure to or improper signal, failure to wear seat belts, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, and possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, arrested and booked July 13.
  • John Fields, 55, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of theft by unlawful taking or disposition – automobile valued at more than $10,000 but less than $1,000,000, arrested and booked July 13.
  • Randal Ferguson, 66, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on two counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked July 13.Ā 
  • Ashley Greer, 26, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, for failure to appear, arrested and booked July 14.
  • Karen Combs, 40, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on three counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked July 14.
  • Jason Littleton, 48, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, failure to wear seat belts, no registration receipt, and failure to produce an insurance card, arrested and booked July 14.
