- Christopher Price, 48, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of possession of a defaced firearm, two counts of first degree possession of a controlled substance (fentanyl or carfentanil derivatives), convicted felon in possession of a firearm, convicted felon in possession of a handgun, two counts of third degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), possession of drug paraphernalia, and controlled substance prescription not in original container, arrested and booked July 12.
- Craig Baier, 33, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of first degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), arrested and booked July 12.
- Laci Fraley, 33, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of first degree trafficking in narcotics (fentanyl or carfentanil derivatives), first degree trafficking in narcotics (10 or fewer dosage units of a schedule one or two drug, drug unspecified), trafficking in a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school, possession of drug paraphernalia, and controlled substance prescription not in original container, arrested and booked July 12.
- Amanda Kimmel, 37, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on two counts of probation violation (for a felony offense), arrested and booked July 13.
- Amie Hale, 47, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, for contempt of court, arrested and booked July 14.
- Justin Morgan, 39, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, serving a warrant for a parole/probation violation, and on charges of trafficking in narcotics (carfentanil or fentanyl derivatives), first degree trafficking in narcotics (2 or fewer grams of methamphetamine), second degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), being a second degree persistent felony offender, and failure to pay support, arrested and booked July 15.

- Matt Fortiner, 38, of Huntington, WV, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of procuring or promoting the use of a minor by electronic means, and two counts of failure to appear on a citation for a misdemeanor, arrested and booked July 15.
- Darren Walker, 31, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Circuit Court, on a hold for drug court, arrested and booked July 15.
- Scott McClurg, 19, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Circuit Court, on a hold for drug court, arrested and booked July 15.
- Ryan Blevins, 39, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Detention Center, on a hold for drug court, arrested and booked July 15.
- Thomas Shoemaker, 61, of Olive Hill, arrested by Grayson PD, on a probation violation (for a felony offense), arrested and booked July 16.
- James Woodel, 35, of Greenup, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on a warrant as a fugitive from another state, arrested and booked July 17.
- Kaleb Treadway, 33, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky Department of Corrections, on a parole violation, arrested and booked July 17.

- Kenny White, 36, of Lexington, arrested by Grayson PD, on five counts of non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, and one count each of fourth degree assault (domestic violence) with no visible injury, and fourth degree assault with minor injury, arrested and booked July 18.
- Raymond McDowell, 22, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked July 18.
- Tyler Sexton, 39, address unavailable, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for failure to appear on a citation for a misdemeanor, arrested and booked July 18.
- Lucio Sanchez-Basan, 21, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of menacing, alcohol intoxication in a public place, and tampering with physical evidence, arrested and booked July 20. Sanchez-Basan is also being held on a deportation order from Immigration and Custom Enforcement.
- Adio Sanchez Crescencio, 21, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of attempted murder, and tampering with physical evidence, arrested and booked July 20.
