- Brandon Chambers, 39, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of fourth degree assault – dating violence (no visible injury), arrested and booked September 2.
- Chasity Roe, 41, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of speeding 12 MPH over limit, and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, arrested and booked September 2.
- Megin Jones, 35, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, obstructed vision and/or windshield, failure to produce an insurance card, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to or improper signal, arrested and booked September 2.
- Brian Fannin, 56, of Ashland, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two or more grams of methamphetamine), aggravated trafficking in narcotics (ten or more grams of carfentanil/fentanyl derivatives), possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to wear seat belts, careless driving, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, no registration receipt, and failure to produce an insurance card, arrested and booked September 2.

- Virgil McDavid, 47, of Webbville, arrested by Elliott County Sheriff, for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked September 3.

- Darren Walker, 29, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of aggravated trafficking in narcotics (ten or more grams of carfentanil/fentanyl derivatives), possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia, arrested and booked September 3.
- Jacob Diggs, 26, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, for failure to appear, arrested and booked September 4.
- Tony Staggs, 53, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on a charge of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), arrested and booked September 4.
- Sally Hutchinson, 59, of Vanceburg, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of inadequate silencer (muffler), failure to wear seat belts, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, no operator’s license, and failure to produce an insurance card, arrested and booked September 4.

- Tyler Mabry, 22, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, inadequate silencer (muffler), rear license not illuminated, failure to wear seat belts, and failure to produce an insurance card, arrested and booked September 6.
- Michael McDavid, 43, of Ashland, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of speeding 5 MPH over limit, no operator’s license, failure to maintain required insurance, rear license not illuminated, first degree wanton endangerment, second degree stalking, fourth degree assault (no visible injury), reckless driving, and violation of a Kentucky emergency protection order/domestic violence order, arrested and booked September 6.
