The following individuals were arrested and booked into the Carter County Detention Center over the past week. This list includes local arrests only. It does not include federal inmates being housed at or transported through the detention center.
• John Rodgers, 65, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on a charge of first degree trafficking in narcotics (two or more grams of methamphetamine), arrested and booked September 15.
• Kenneth White, 36, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of violating a Kentucky EPO/DVO, arrested and booked September 16.
• Dakota Sagraves, 34, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, for contempt of court, arrested and booked September 17.
• Jody Guerrero, 33, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, improper equipment, no or expired registration receipt, and failure to notify department of transportation of an address change, arrested and booked September 18.
• Jesse Glover, 36, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of failure to wear seat belts, failure to produce an insurance card, first degree possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine, second degree fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle), and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, arrested and booked September 18.
• David Harlow, 48, of Grayson, self-surrender, weekender, arrested and booked September 18.
• James Pelfrey, 68, of Winchester, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, no or expired registration plates, no or expired registration receipt, failure to maintain required insurance, fist degree indecent exposure, first degree criminal mischief, first degree wanton endangerment, possession of drug paraphernalia, and first degree disorderly conduct, arrested and booked September 20.
