- Angela Terry-Campbell, 56, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, for failure to appear, arrested and booked January 1.
- Christopher Bradley, 30, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of failure to appear, two counts of trafficking in a controlled substance – heroin, and one count of trafficking in a controlled substance – carfentanil or fentanyl derivatives, arrested and booked January 2.
