- Nathan Carver, 31, of Vanceburg, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana, second degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), and two counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked November 7.
- Steven Medarid, 34, of Mount Sterling, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of public intoxication on a controlled substance (excludes alcohol), and first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), arrested and booked November 7.
- Billy Moore, 36, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of first degree robbery, arrested and booked November 7.
- Kelsey McDowell, 31, of Morehead, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a warrant for being a fugitive from another state, arrested and booked November 7.
- Constance Boggs, 43, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, for failure to appear, arrested and booked November 7.
- Amanda Campbell, 34, of South Shore, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of first degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), arrested and booked November 8.
- Shawna Rose, 44, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of public intoxication on a controlled substance (excludes alcohol), arrested and booked November 8.
- James Wolfe, 38, of Clearfield, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of public intoxication on a controlled substance (excludes alcohol), first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two or more grams of methamphetamine), and possession of drug paraphernalia, arrested and booked November 9.

- Terry Carter, 49, of Grayson, arrested by Rowan County Detention Center, on charges of failure to appear, and contempt of court – libel/slander – resistance to order, arrested and booked November 9.
- Brendan Deluca, 33, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on a probation violation (for a felony offense), public intoxication on a controlled substance (excludes alcohol), and three counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked November 9.
- John Dyer, 60, of Frankfort, self-surrender, on a charge of contempt of court – libel/slander – resistance to order, arrested and booked November 10.

- Taylor Thacker, 20, of South Shore, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of alcohol intoxication in a public place, arrested and booked November 12.
