- Daniel Baisden, 40, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of speeding 26 MPH or greater over the speed limit, reckless driving, rear license plate not illuminated, failure to wear seat belts, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, failure to produce insurance card, and no registration receipt, arrested and booked November 1.

- Aaron Whitley, 36, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of alcohol intoxication in a public place, menacing, and fourth degree assault with no visible injury (domestic violence), arrested and booked November 3.
