- Steven Allen, 42, of Greenup, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence, careless driving, failure to wear seat belts, no registration receipt, failure to produce insurance card, first degree possession of a controlled substance – heroin, tampering with physical evidence, and speeding 6 MPH over limit, arrested and booked December 6.
- Stanley Sargent, 41, of Morehead, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of public intoxication on a controlled substance (excludes alcohol), and first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), arrested and booked December 7.
- Cole Berry, 19, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, failure to maintain required insurance, and license not in possession, arrested and booked December 7.
- Donna Weiler, 42, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of third degree criminal trespassing, arrested and booked December 8.
- Kara Eckenrod, 37, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on a probation violation for a felony offense, arrested and booked December 8.
- Charles Bond, 42, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, arrested and booked December 8.
- Ronald Bland, 32, of Ashland, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, failure to wear seat belts, failure to maintain required insurance, no registration receipt, no registration plates, failure to register transfer of motor vehicle, inadequate silencer (muffler), and no tail lamps, arrested and booked December 8.
- Carrie Reedy, 40, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Detention Center, on two counts of failure to appear, and a charge of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), arrested and booked December 8.
- Jessie Banfield, 39, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, possession of marijuana, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance with aggravating circumstances, first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), driving a nuisance vehicle (noisy, etc.), careless driving, rear license not illuminated, no registration receipt, and no registration plates, arrested and booked December 8.
- Brandi Meek, 29, of Catlettsburg, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, and possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, arrested and booked December 8.
- Daniel Wallace, 39, of Morehead, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on three counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked December 9.
- Danny Criswell, 42, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Detention Center, on charges of fourth degree assault (domestic violence) with no visible injury, arrested and booked December 9.
- Donna Weiler, 42, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of theft by unlawful taking or disposition, arrested and booked December 10.
