- Richard Edwards, 40, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of contempt of court ā libel/slander ā resistance to order, arrested and booked February 14.
- Carl Sexton, 34, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, and failure to appear, arrested and booked February 14.
- Nile Gilbert, 43, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, on three counts of non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, and for failure to appear, arrested and booked February 15.
- Billy Ratcliff, 46, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, charges unavailable, arrested and booked February 15.
- Craig Baier, 30, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a hold for drug court, arrested and booked February 15.
- Madison Campbell, 22, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Circuit Court, on a hold for drug court, arrested and booked February 15.
- Adam Watson, 19, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of no registration receipt, no registration plates, failure to maintain required insurance, no motorcycle operatorās license, intermediate licensing violations, first degree fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle), first degree wanton endangerment of a police officer, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, and reckless driving, arrested and booked February 15.

- Matthew Bailey, 34, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charge of third degree criminal trespassing, and third degree criminal mischief, arrested and booked February 17.
- Nile Gilbert, 43, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) second offense, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, arrested and booked February 18.
- Paul Mabry, 36, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of no registration receipt, no registration plates, failure to wear seat belts, failure to produce an insurance card, license not in possession, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, and possession of marijuana, arrested and booked February 18.
- James Johnson, 53, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of theft by deception, first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and theft by unlawful taking ā shoplifting, arrested and booked February 19.

- Daniel Cox, 57, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of fourth degree assault ā dating violence (with minor injury), arrested and booked February 19.
- Corey Benton, 33, of Hamtramck, MI, arrested by Kentucky State Police, as a fugitive from another state ā warrant required, and on charges of possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, and resisting arrest, arrested and booked February 19.
- James Dean, 51, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of no registration receipt, failure to maintain required insurance, failure to wear seat belts, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, driving a nuisance vehicle (noisy, etc.), and two counts of non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked February 19.
- Harvey Elam, 47, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on three counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked February 19.
