- Eric Sprouse, 37, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, serving a warrant for parole violation, arrested and booked January 30.
- Louis Marshall, 54, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of failure to wear seat belts, obstructed vision and/or windshield, inadequate silencer/muffler, possession of marijuana, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, failure to produce an insurance card, and no registration receipt, arrested and booked January 30.
- Wendy Jackson, 33, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on three counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked January 31.
- Estill Stamper, 51, of Olive Hill, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of theft by unlawful taking or disposition, arrested and booked January 31.
- Breanna Stacy, 22, of Morehead, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a probation violation for a felony offense, arrested and booked February 1.
- Kisha Griffith, 41, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of failure to maintain required insurance, failure to register transfer of a motor vehicle, failure to wear seat belts, operating on a suspended or revoked operatorās license, possession of marijuana, first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, no registration receipt, and no registration plates, arrested and booked February 1.
- Drew Rayburn, 29, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of careless driving, no registration receipt, failure to produce insurance card, failure to wear seat belts, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, and other unlisted traffic offenses, arrested and booked February 2.
- Reba Click, 35, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, and on charges of rear license not illuminated, operating on a suspended or revoked operatorās license, failure to or improper signal, license not in possession, failure to wear seat belt, and operating a motor vehicle under the influence, arrested and booked February 2.
- Dawn Puckett, 41, of Morehead, arrested by Olive Hill PD, charges unavailable, arrested and booked February 2.
- Adam Johns, 38, of Milford, Ohio, self-surrender, on a warrant for parole violation, arrested and booked February 2.
- Shandon B. Wiler, 25, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of first degree sodomy, procuring or promoting the use of a minor under the age of 12 in a sexual act, and first degree sexual abuse, arrested and booked February 3.
- Sonny Cox, 47, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of inadequate silencer/muffler, failure to or improper signal, failure to produce insurance card, license not in possession, operating on a suspended or revoked operatorās license, possession of marijuana, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, and two counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked February 4.
- Michael Clay, 20, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of first degree criminal abuse of a child 12 or younger, arrested and booked February 4.
- Dylan Griffith, 27, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, charges unavailable, arrested and booked February 5.
- Melissa Porter, 43, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County District Court, on a charge of contempt of court ā liber/slander ā resistance to order, arrested and booked February 5.
