- Christopher Godfrey, 36, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on two counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked February 20.
- Caleb McGlone, 32, of Lexington, arrested by Carter County Jail, on a charge of contempt of court – libel/slander – resistance to order, arrested and booked February 21.
- Aaron Childers, 38, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Jail, on a hold for court, arrested and booked February 21.
- Thomas Duncan, 25, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on two counts of non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked February 21.
- Bryan Peterman, 44, of Ashland, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of no registration plates, no registration receipt, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, failure to produce insurance card, improper registration plate, contempt of court – libel/slander – resistance to order, and three counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked February 22.
- Bruce Barnett, 52, of Olive Hill, arrested by Grayson PD, for failure to appear, arrested and booked February 22.
- Michael Clay, 20, of Wayne, WV, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of first degree criminal abuse of a child age 12 or under, arrested and booked February 22.
- Christy Falkner, 39, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for failure to appear, arrested and booked February 22.
- Jerald Jackson, 41, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of public intoxication on a controlled substance (excludes alcohol), first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), and possession of drug paraphernalia, arrested and booked February 22.
- Cody Hayes, 30, of Olive Hill, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of public intoxication on a controlled substance (excludes alcohol), arrested and booked February 23.
- Thomas Leslie, 66, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of first degree wanton endangerment, arrested and booked February 23.
- Rachel Asplund, 41, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence, failure to produce insurance card, and failure to wear seat belts, arrested and booked February 23.
- Benny Kelley, 35, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of fourth degree assault (with minor injury), alcohol intoxication in a public place, and second degree fleeing and evading police (on foot), arrested and booked February 24.
- Casey Spencer, 34, of Rush, arrested by Grayson PD, for failure to appear, arrested and booked February 24.
- William Sloas, 51, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, weekender, arrested and booked February 24.
- Melissa Porter, 43, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County District Court, on a charge of leaving the scene of an accident – failure to render aid or assistance, arrested and booked February 26.
- Melissa Pennington, 38, of Hitchins, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on two counts of probation violations (for misdemeanor offense), arrested and booked February 26.
