Weekly arrests report: 3/9/22

The following individuals were arrested and booked into the Carter County Detention Center over the past week. This list includes local arrests only. It does not include federal inmates being housed at or transported through the detention center.

• Charles Ison, 39, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on two counts of failure to appear, and three counts of non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked February 28.
• Barbara Wood, 60, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two grams or more of methamphetamine), five counts of trafficking in a controlled substance (heroin), possession of drug paraphernalia, and three counts of being a persistent felony offender, arrested and booked March 1.
• Kay Laboiteaux, 52, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of no registration receipt, no registration plates, improper display of registration plates, failure to register transfer of motor vehicle, failure to maintain required insurance, reckless driving, failure to wear seat belts, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two grams or more of methamphetamine), arrested and booked March 1.
• Joanna Arthur, 24, of Webbville, arrested by Kentucky State Police, for failure to appear on a citation for a misdemeanor, arrested and booked March 1.
• Tommy Church, 32, of Webbville, arrested by Kentucky State Police, for failure to appear, arrested and booked March 1.
• Zachary Kinder, 27, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, for failure to appear, arrested and booked March 1.
• Janice Phillips, 45, of Sandy Hook, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on two counts of non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked March 1.
• Darryl Owens, 56, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, on a probation violation for a felony offense, arrested and booked March 2.
• Rick Hargis, 54, of Olive Hill, self-surrender, no charges available, arrested and booked March 2.
• Faith Taynor, 21, of Hitchins, no arrest info available, no charges available, arrested and booked March 2.
• Trevor Brown, 30, of Greenup, arrested by Olive Hill PD, for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked March 2.
• Kaitlynn Williams, 19, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of resisting arrest, and failure to appear, arrested and booked March 2.
• Wendell McDaniel, 45, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, for failure to appear, arrested and booked March 3.
• Austin Ison, 21, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for failure to appear, arrested and booked March 3.
• Paul Kelley, 57, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, possession of drug paraphernalia, first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two grams or more of methamphetamine), arrested and booked March 3.
• Phillip Johnson, 36, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of trafficking in a controlled substance (heroin), and trafficking in a controlled substance (carfentanil or fentanyl derivatives), arrested and booked March 3.
• Rachel Bradley, 53, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of trafficking in a controlled substance (carfentanil or fentanyl derivatives), and trafficking in a controlled substance (heroin), arrested and booked March 3.
• Brandi Meek, 30, of Catlettsburg, self-surrender, no charges available, arrested and booked March 4.
• Tristan Watkins, 24, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Detention Center, on three counts of failure to appear, and one count of failure to appear on a citation for a misdemeanor, arrested and booked March 4.
• Laci Fraley, 39, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of failure to appear, a probation violation for a felony offense, trafficking in a controlled substance (heroin), first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two grams or more of methamphetamine), and trafficking in a controlled substance (carfentanil or fentanyl derivatives), arrested and booked March 5.
• Tony Chancy, 58, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, for failure to appear, arrested and booked March 5.
• Steven Allen, 42, of Greenup, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence, first degree possession of a controlled substance (heroin), tampering with physical evidence, and a probation violation for a felony offense, arrested and booked March 6.
