- Martin Littleton, 51, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, and first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), arrested and booked March 27.
- Byron Criswell, 48, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky Department of Corrections, on a parole violation for contempt of court – libel/slander – resistance to order, arrested and booked March 27.
- Hansel Wells, 61, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, three counts of theft by deception – including cold checks under $500, and third degree criminal mischief, arrested and booked March 27.
- Ryan Handley, 44, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky Department of Corrections, on charges including two counts of failure to produce insurance card, two counts of operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, giving an officer false identifying information, no registration plates, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, and two counts of contempt of court – libel/slander – resistance to order, arrested and booked March 28.

- Toby Blair, 51, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of failure to appear, third degree terroristic threatening, and menacing, arrested and booked March 28.

- Chester Griffith, 74, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of first degree sexual abuse, victim under 12 years of age, arrested and booked March 29.

- Rebecca McCune, 47, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of careless driving, failure to or improper signal, possession of marijuana, first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), no registration receipt, failure to produce insurance card, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, failure to wear seat belts, and no operator’s license, arrested and booked April 2.
- Steven Harper, 56, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two or more grams of methamphetamine), second degree trafficking in a controlled substance (twenty or more dosage units, unspecified Schedule III drug), trafficking in marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with physical evidence, and resisting arrest, arrested and booked April 2.
