Weekly arrests report: 5/11/22

The following individuals were arrested and booked into the Carter County Detention Center over the past week. This list includes local arrests only. It does not include federal inmates being housed at or transported through the detention center.

• Harley Eldridge, 28, of Sandy Hook, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on two counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked May 1.
• Angela Boll, 55, of Worthington, arrested by Grayson PD, for failure to appear, arrested and booked May 2.
• Laura Erwin, 40, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked May 2.
• Larry Gannon, 56, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, for failure to appear, arrested and booked May 2.
• Christopher Trent, 49, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Circuit Court, on a court ordered bond revocation, arrested and booked May 2.
• Cheryl Adkins, 64, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of no registration receipt, two counts of first degree possession of a controlled substance (heroin), and failure to produce an insurance card, arrested and booked May 3.
• Benjamin Stone, 34, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of theft by unlawful taking or disposition – more than $1,000 but less than $10,000, and third degree criminal mischief, arrested and booked May 3.
• Shannon Waggoner, 42, of Springfield, KY, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of first degree possession of a controlled substance (heroin) second offense, menacing, public intoxication on a controlled substance (excludes alcohol), and resisting arrest, arrested and booked May 3.
• Jeremy Stewart, 47, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of contempt of court, libel/slander, or resistance to order, reckless driving, public intoxication on a controlled substance (excludes alcohol), and failure to appear, arrested and booked May 4.
• James Chaffins, 48, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for failure to appear, arrested and booked May 4.
• Marilyn Smith, 46, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Detention Center, for violation of a court order, arrested and booked May 4.
• Anthony Lawson, 50, of Olive Hill, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of alcohol intoxication in a public place, arrested and booked May 6.
• Amber Mitchell, 35, of Grethel, KY, arrested by Carter County Detention Center, for failure to appear, arrested and booked May 6.
• Raymond Dearfield, 58, of Grayson, self-surrender, weekender, arrested and booked May 6.
• Gerald Clapp, 21, of Campton, KY, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of speeding 26 MPH or more over the speed limit, driving on a DUI suspended license, failure to maintain required insurance, no registration plates, no registration receipt, and rear license not illuminated, arrested and booked May 9
