- Michael Smith, 44, of Catlettsburg, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on two counts of non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, and for failure to appear, arrested and booked April 25.
- Matthew Adkins, 25, of Morehead, arrested by Rowan County Detention Center, serving a bench warrant for court, arrested and booked April 25.
- Daquan Brown, 19, of Detroit, MI, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for failure to appear, arrested and booked April 25.
- Coburn Holbrook, 40, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence, failure to or improper signal, no brake lights, and careless driving, arrested and booked April 25.
- James Colley, 45, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, for failure to appear, arrested and booked April 25.
- Joshua Littleton, 37, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, for failure to appear, arrested and booked April 26.
- Willeta Lewis, 60, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of speeding 15 MPH over limit, failure to wear seat belts, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, communication device violation, failure to produce insurance card, no registration receipt, failure to maintain required insurance, operating a motor vehicle under the influence with aggravating circumstances, and non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked April 26.

- Michael Psimer, 48, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, first degree possession of a controlled substance (heroin), and possession of drug paraphernalia, arrested and booked April 28.
- Nathan Carver, 31, of Vanceburg, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of public intoxication on a controlled substance (excludes alcohol), resisting arrest, menacing, second degree disorderly conduct, and flagrant non-support, arrested and booked April 29.

- Brandi McDowell, 36, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, inadequate muffler, no tail lamps, and failure to wear seat belts, arrested and booked April 30.
