- Thomas McCall, 45, of Ashland, arrested by Boyd County Jail, for failure to appear, arrested and booked June 13.
- Amber Mitchell, 36, of Louisa, arresting agency not listed, on two counts of contempt of court – libel/slander – resistance to order, arrested and booked June 13.

- Zachary Kinder, 28, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of first degree possession of a controlled substance (heroin), possession of drug paraphernalia, first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana, two counts of failure to appear, and for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked June 18.
