Weekly arrests report: 6/7/23

The following individuals were arrested and booked into the Carter County Detention Center over the past week. This list includes local arrests only. It does not include federal inmates being housed at or transported through the detention center.

  • Clifford Sparks, 37, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of reckless driving, menacing, failure to produce insurance card, no registration receipt, failure to wear seat belts, third degree terroristic threatening, and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, arrested and booked May 29.
  • Coty Rodgers, 30, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County District Court, on two counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked May 29.
  • Arie Callihan, 53, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, on charges of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), second degree possession of a controlled substance – drug unspecified, illegal possession of a legend drug, and two counts of non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked May 29.
  • Eric Hannah, 32, of Hitchins, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of public intoxication on a controlled substance (excludes alcohol), menacing, and third degree criminal mischief, arrested and booked May 30.
  • Dana Robinson, 34, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, for failure to appear on a citation for a misdemeanor, arrested and booked May 30.
  • Johnny Brewster, 31, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, serving a warrant for a parole violation, and on charges of a probation violation (for misdemeanor offense), and failure to appear, arrested and booked May 30.
  • Anthony McQuaid, 30, of Olive Hill, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of public intoxication on a controlled substance (excludes alcohol), first degree possession of a controlled substance (fentanyl), and non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked May 31.
  • Jeremy Stewart, 48, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of flagrant non-support, arrested and booked May 31.
  • Terry Ison, 54, of Sandy Hook, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of improper towing, failure to wear seat belts, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, no registration receipt, no registration plates, and failure to maintain required insurance, arrested and booked May 31.
  • Brian Marshall, 50, of Rush, arrested by Boyd County Jail, for failure to appear, arrested and booked May 31.
  • Martin Miller, 45, of Rush, arrested by Fayette County Detention Center, on a probation violation (for a felony offense), and non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked May 31.
  • Stephanie Parker, 38, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, serving a warrant for a parole violation, arrested and booked May 31.
  • Wendy Jackson, 34, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, for failure to appear, arrested and booked May 31.
  • Tony Chancy, 60, of Grayson, self-surrender, arrested and booked May 31.
  • Rodney Clevenger, 46, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of failure to wear seat belts, reckless driving, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, no registration receipt, and failure to maintain required insurance, arrested and booked June 1.
  • Christina Holt, 45, of Vanceburg, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, failure to wear seat belts, failure to register transfer of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, license not in possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, and first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), arrested and booked June 1.
  • Shawn Ison, 29, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, on four counts of non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, and failure to appear, arrested and booked June 1.
  • James Cox, 42, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of theft by unlawful taking or disposition automobile valued at more than $1,000 but less than $10,000, arrested and booked June 2.
  • Wayne Weber, 44, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for failure to appear, arrested and booked June 2.
  • Angela Stapleton, 36, of Grayson, self-surrender, weekender, arrested and booked June 2.
  • Alexandria Smith, 27, of Grayson, self-surrender, arrested and booked June 2.
  • Willis Leadingham, 53, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, for failure to appear, arrested and booked June 2.
  • Adam Hall, 44, of Clearfield, arrested by Kentucky State Police, serving a warrant for a parole violation, arrested and booked June 3.
  • Drew Rayburn, 29, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Detention Center, charges unavailable, arrested and booked June 3.
  • Denise Spillman, 40, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on three counts of flagrant non-support, and non-payment of fines, arrested and booked June 3.

  • Dale Kitchen, 66, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of owner permitting a vicious dog to run at large, and failure to appear, arrested and booked June 5.
