Weekly arrests report: 7/12/23

The following individuals were arrested and booked into the Carter County Detention Center over the past week. This list includes local arrests only. It does not include federal inmates being housed at or transported through the detention center.

  • William Gee, 39, of Ashland, arrested by Boyd County Jail, for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked July 2.
  • Timothy Bartley, 34, of Georgetown, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of fourth degree assault (domestic violence) with no visible injury, arrested and booked July 2.
  • Shayne Bailey, 38, of Georgetown, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of fourth degree assault with no visible injury, arrested and booked July 2.
  • Caleb McGlone, 32, of Grayson, self-surrender, weekender, arrested and booked July 3.
  • John Fuller, 40, of Joshua, TX, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of menacing, and first degree robbery, arrested and booked July 3.
  • Benjamin Stone, 35, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on two counts of non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, and a charge of theft by unlawful taking or disposition of items valued at more than $1,000 but less than $10,000, arrested and booked July 4.
  • Thomas Boggs, 51, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for failure to appear, arrested and booked July 4.
  • Damon Barido, 21, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of public intoxication on a controlled substance (excludes alcohol), and first degree disorderly conduct, arrested and booked July 5.
  • Zachary Kinder, 28, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of contempt of court, arrested and booked July 5.
  • John Johnson, 52, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, for failure to appear, arrested and booked July 5.
  • Tony Chancy, 60, of Grayson, self-surrender, weekender, arrested and booked July 5.
  • Casey Flaugher, 38, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Detention Center for Drug Court, violation not stated, arrested and booked July 5.
  • Tim Oakley, 59, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (less than two grams of methamphetamine), arrested and booked July 5.
  • Andrew Bond, 46, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for failure to appear, and non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked July 5.
  • Allison Davis, 28, of Morehead, arrested by Carter County Detention Center, for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked July 6.
  • Thomas Estepp, 53, of Rush, arrested by Carter County Detention Center, violation not stated, arrested and booked July 7.
  • George Bridges, 31, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on four counts of non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, and for failure to appear, arrested and booked July 8.
  • Richard Bausano, 63, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, serving a bench warrant for court, and on charges of third degree assault – inmate assault on a correctional employee, possession of marijuana, no registration receipt, failure to produce insurance card, resisting arrest, failure to wear seat belts, first degree fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle), first degree fleeing or evading police (on foot), possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, license not in possession, failure to or improper signal, disregarding stop sign, reckless driving, and all other traffic offenses not listed, arrested and booked July 9.
  • Thomas Leslie, 67, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on a charge of violating a Kentucky emergency protection order/domestic violence order, arrested and booked July 9.
