Weekly arrests report: 7/13/22

The following individuals were arrested and booked into the Carter County Detention Center over the past week. This list includes local arrests only. It does not include federal inmates being housed at or transported through the detention center.

  • Joshua Bush, 40, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of violating a foreign emergency protective order/domestic violence order, arrested and booked July 4.
  • Kenneth Sammons, 46, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of no registration receipt, no registration plates, failure to produce insurance card, operating on a suspended or revoked operatorā€™s license, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, possession of marijuana, first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), and two counts of non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked July 4.
  • Jacob Holbrook, 24, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, for failure to appear, arrested and booked July 4.
  • Eric Hilderbrand, 40, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, on four counts of non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked July 5.
  • Michael McDowell, 36, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked July 5.
  • Faith Taynor, 22, of Hitchins, self-surrender, drug court, arrested and booked July 6.
  • Brandi Fultz, 45, of Sandy Hook, arrested by Kentucky State Police, for failure to appear, arrested and booked July 7.
  • Jarrod Kelly, 38, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on three counts of probation violation (for misdemeanor offense), and two counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked July 8.
  • Barbara Littleton, 38, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of failure to maintain required insurance, no registration receipt, vehicle a nuisance (noisy, etc.), rear license not illuminated, reckless driving, failure to wear seat belts, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, operating a vehicle with an expired operatorā€™s license, and license not in possession, arrested and booked July 9.

All of the charges listed are arrest charges only, and do not indicate an indictment or a conviction for the charges in question. All subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Information is compiled from publicly available sources, but may not be comprehensive. Individuals who are released or post bail shortly after arrest may not be listed.
