- Matilda Everman, 43, of Morehead, arrested by Rowan County Detention Center, on a charge of third degree burglary, arrested and booked June 27.
- Tonya Branham, 37, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked June 28.
- Travis McKee, 29, of London, arrested by Carter County Detention Center, on a probation violation for a felony offense, arrested and booked June 28.
- Tony Chancy, 60, of Grayson, self-surrender, weekender, arrested and booked June 28.
- Dakota Brewster, 27, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of license not in possession, rear license not illuminated, failure to register transfer of motor vehicle, possession of marijuana, failure to maintain required insurance, no registration receipt, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, failure to wear seat belts, and failure to produce insurance card, arrested and booked June 28.
- Bradley Wagoner, 40, of Sandy Hook, arrested by Carter County Detention Center, on a hold for drug court, arrested and booked June 28.
- Kenneth White, 33, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of fourth degree assault (domestic violence) with no visible injury, arrested and booked June 29.
- Casey Holbrook, 32, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Detention Center, on sentencing from dug court, arrested and booked June 29.
- Wendell Middleton, 48, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of first degree sodomy, and first degree sexual abuse, arrested and booked June 29.
- Aleshia Carver, 27, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, for failure to appear, arrested and booked June 30.
- Paul Marcum, 43, of Grayson, arrested by Boyd County, serving a warrant for a parole violation, arrested and booked July 1.
- David Stallard, 46, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked July 1.
- Drew Rayburn, 29, of Olive Hill, self-surrender, weekender, arrested and booked July 1.
- James Hall, 40, of Garrison, arresting agency not listed, for failure to appear, arrested and booked July 1.
