- Joseph Boggs, 43, of Catlettsburg, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of no registration receipt, first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) – first offense, failure to maintain required insurance, driving on a DUI suspended license – second offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to register transfer of a motor vehicle, first degree possession of a controlled substance (heroin) – second offense, possession of marijuana, and public intoxication of a controlled substance (excludes alcohol), arrested and booked August 7.

- Paul Kelley, 59, of Ashland, arrested by Carter County Circuit Court, charges unavailable/controlled intake, arrested and booked August 7.
- Danny Lawhorn, 50, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, and two counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked August 8.
- Michael Adams Jr., 49, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on a charge of public intoxication on a controlled substance (excludes alcohol), arrested and booked August 8.
- John Johnson, 52, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence, and operating a motor vehicle on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, arrested and booked August 8.
- Noel Walser, 53, of Raceland, arrested by Olive Hill PD, on charges of no registration plates, no registration receipt, failure to produce insurance card, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, alcohol intoxication in a public place, and failure to notify department of transportation of an address change, arrested and booked August 9.
