- Ashley Dailey, 34, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), first degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), and possession of drug paraphernalia, arrested and booked August 14.
- Bryan Bratcher, 31, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, serving a warrant for a parole violation, and on charges of failure to appear, second degree burglary, third degree burglary, theft by unlawful taking or disposition of items valued between $500 and $1,000, theft by unlawful taking or disposition of items valued between $1,000 and $10,000, and being a persistent felony offender, arrested and booked August 15.

- David Blevins, 22, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of reckless driving, failure to wear seat belts, failure to produce an insurance card, no registration receipt, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, and an inadequate silencer (muffler), arrested and booked August 15.
