- Staci Wagoner, 34, of Sandy Hook, arrested by Department of Corrections, on a parole violation (for technical violation), arrested and booked August 22.
- Michael Psimer, 48, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, on charges of driving on a DUI suspended license – first offense, all terrain vehicle violations, and careless driving, arrested and booked August 22.
- Billy Ingles, 23, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of operating a motor vehicle on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, no registration receipt, failure to produce insurance card, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, and failure to appear, arrested and booked August 23.
- Carla Elliott, 43, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of public intoxication on a controlled substance (excludes alcohol), and two counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked August 23.
- Cody Prince, 28, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for failure to appear on a citation for a misdemeanor, non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, and failure to appear, arrested and booked August 23.

- Casey Holbrook, 32, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a hold for drug court, arrested and booked August 23.

- Jonathan Tackett, 33, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, arrested and booked August 27.
- Tiffany Prescott, 38, of Flatwoods, arrested by Boyd County Jail, on three counts of probation violation for a felony offense, arrested and booked August 27.
