- Toby Blair, 50, of Sidney, Ohio, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of fourth degree assault (domestic violence) with no visible injury, arrested and booked August 22.
- Ricky Rose, 38, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, for failure to appear, arrested and booked August 22.
- Brooke Steele, 40, of Catlettsburg, arrested by Boyd County Jail, for failure to appear, arrested and booked August 23.
