- Shelly Burnett-Sexton, 33, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of procuring a dealer plate to evade vehicle tax, non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, and three counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked July 30.
- Jacqueline Collins, 46, of Webbville, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of contempt of court – libel/slander – resistance to order, arrested and booked July 30.
- Timothy Keaton, 36, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of contempt of court – libel/slander – resistance to order, arrested and booked July 30.
- Caleb McGlone, 32, of Grayson, self-surrender, weekender, arrested and booked July 31.
- James Gibson, 22, of Prichard, WV, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of reckless driving, arrested and booked July 31.
- Amy Hall, 35, of Ashland, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on two counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked July 31.
- Chadwick Hall, 39, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Detention Center, on charges of fourth degree assault (domestic violence) with minor injury, failure to appear, two counts of failure to appear on a citation for a misdemeanor, and four counts of non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked July 31.
- Krista Binion, 43, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, for failure to appear, and on two counts of flagrant non-support, arrested and booked July 31.
- Tyson Samay, 22, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked August 1.

- Stephen Ludwig, 32, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on a probation violation (for felony offense), and a charge of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), arrested and booked August 3.
- Dawson Thornton, 21, of Rush, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, no registration plates, no registration receipt, and failure to produce an insurance card, arrested and booked August 4.
