The Olive Hill Chamber of Commerce will be sponsoring a job fair event today, Wednesday, May 5, at from 10 am – 2 pm at the First Christian Church Fellowship Hall, 110 Caleb Powers Lane, in Olive Hill, with setup beginning at 9 am. Social distancing will be maintained and all attendees are required to wear a mask at the event, but not at their table – though it is recommended. Participating businesses include: Commercial Bank, Walker’s Restaurant, Henri’s Bar & Grill, The Drive In, A Center 4 Change, Jenkie’s Journey Road to Recovery House, Hamilton Law Group, S&S Construction, Affordable Flowers, Carter Caves State Resort Park, McDonald’s, Cintas, Dairy Queen, Smithfield, Mountain Enterprises. The Adult Education Center will also be in attendance to provide information.
Saturday, May 15:
The Grayson Area Chamber of Commerce and Kentucky Christian University will be sponsoring a job fair, from 10 am – 2 pm, at the KCU Gymnasium, 100 Academic Parkway, in Grayson. The job fair and hiring event will feature a number of local businesses, and job seekers are encouraged to bring their resumes for possible on-the-spot job interviews.

Participants in both events are encouraged to bring resumes, identification, a reliable contact number, and personal information such as social security number and birth date that may be required to begin the hiring process.
