The following individuals were arrested and booked into the Carter County Detention Center over the past week. This list includes local arrests only. It does not include federal inmates being housed at or transported through the detention center.
- Joe Adkins, 44, of Morehead, on a charge of probation violation for felony offense, arrested and booked on May 10.
- Natasha Beair, 28, of Grayson, arrested by Olive Hill PD, on a charge of failure to appear in response to a citation for a misdemeanor, arrested and booked on May 10.
- David Whitt, 59, of Willard, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence, failure to wear seat belt, instructional permit violations, first degree possession of methamphetamine, inadequate silencer/muffler, excessive window tinting, and failure to appear, arrested and booked on May 10.
- Elijah Littleton, 29, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on three charges of failure to appear, arrested and booked on May 11.
- Adam Baldwin, 39, of Paducah, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of first degree possession of a controlled substance – drug unspecified, and possession of drug paraphernalia, arrested and booked on May 11.
- Elgin Gilbert, 36, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on three charges of failure to appear, arrested and booked on May 12.
- Michael Cox, 50, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of probation violation for a felony offense, and failure to appear, arrested and booked on May 13.
